About Shawn Frost M.B.A.

Shawn R. Frost, MBA is a sought after consultant and speaker for individuals and organizations that want to win more consistently, with less effort, and expending fewer resources. 

He is known as the "MVP strategist", not because he has been the "go to" when a win is needed, but because he has developed a system that brings out the best to make his clients the MVP by developing their KSAs in servant leadership and the science of strategy. It sounds egotistical, but it's not that he is the "Most Valuable Player", it's that he helps servant leaders become Maximum Value Producers for their organizations, families, and legacies. 

The Maximum Value Producer(sm) or MVP is the product that he guides leaders to become, making him the strategist. When combined, that is what makes him the "MVP Strategist". The wins are a byproduct of the leaders and organizations reaching a state of Maximum Value Production (MVP).
